Come and exercise with me – a practice that harmonizes body and mind, reduces stress, increases energy, relaxes and improves health condition, and strengthens mind and body. Anyone can exercise, regardless of age and physical fitness.
We will practice simple positions in short sequences that combine movement, breathing, and meditation. You will also learn simple self-massage techniques.
What to Wear?
Bring or come in comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
If the weather is nice, we’ll practice outside in the garden.
