Rejuvenation Method by Robert Al Aref

MANUAL LIFTING FACIAL MASSAGE

According to the founder of the manual face lifting set in the Czech Republic, Mr. Robert Al Aref. A gentle technique gentle to the skin, rejuvenating the face, accompanied by a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation and inner peace. It has a relaxing effect, acts soothingly on nerve endings in the skin. By releasing facial muscles and improving skin blood circulation, regeneration of connective and elastic structures occurs.

By stimulating blood circulation during the massage, we encourage blood circulation, thereby improving skin color and its breathing and leading to faster removal of waste products. Pressure action accelerates the removal of lactic acid, thus mitigating muscle fatigue. By accelerating tissue metabolism in the skin, there is a reduction of subcutaneous fat. Dead cell remnants are mechanically removed from the skin surface, and the skin gains a fresh appearance. By gently acting on facial muscles, manual face lifting reduces fatigue and favorably influences the entire nervous system.

Tension in the face is released. Regular massage can adjust minor circulatory disorders, reduce blood and tissue fluid congestion and swelling in the tissue, and through nerve fibers can also act on other organs. The result of this special technique is not only a younger and more pleasant appearance, but stress is also broken down, mental harmony, satisfaction, and mental freshness are restored. Massage suitable for facial nerve paralysis.

It improves skin condition while bringing mental harmony and balance. It is one of the most effective facial massage techniques, a non-invasive alternative to facelift and contouring. It rejuvenates, tightens skin, smooths wrinkles, stimulates regenerative processes, helps oxygenate cells and hydrate skin, smooths expression lines and wrinkles, relaxes muscles and reduces tension.

The masseur combines fast and slow hand movements on the face, neck, and décolleté, thereby improving deep blood circulation and lymph flow and naturally stimulating elastin and collagen production. Massage suitable for facial nerve paralysis.

SUPPORT AND BLOOD CIRCULATION OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

Facial Reflexology Massage

In traditional Chinese medicine, the face is seen as a microsystem of the internal organs. It contains reflex points corresponding to various organs in the body. Gentle pressure and stimulation of these points release energy throughout the body, promoting blood circulation and supporting the nervous system.

Facial reflexology enhances micro-circulation, stimulates specific brain areas linked to different organs, and influences the parts of the brain responsible for regulating these organs. By stimulating these facial zones, internal organs receive better blood flow.

Additional benefits of facial reflexology include improved skin tone, increased blood supply to facial muscles, and firmer skin. It also helps relax muscle tension and relieve stress. Regular reflexology massages can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve lymphatic circulation.

This technique can boost mood, improve sleep, enhance skin condition, relieve headaches, increase energy, detoxify the body, and support overall health. It is an effective complementary method for stress relief. The massage can also be tailored to target specific health issues by focusing on the corresponding reflex points.
